is an independent sole practitioner offering legal services without the involvement of lawyer. I have worked as an independent advisor of human rights and common/case law for many years. I am not qualified as a lawyer or regulated under the Legal Services Act 2007. However, I have solid knowledge of the law and legal terminology. I have gained this knowledge over years of advising clients on various issues and have substantial client-care contact. I have been heavily involved in drafting documents, case collation and actively liaise with professionals in processing client’s needs. Working independently, I have dealt with various issues and assisted clients in many different areas of law.
offers support and guidance, providing advice and assistance at tribunal and preparing for the hearing. Under the Human Rights Act 1998 Article 6 states: that you must be allowed reasonable opportunity to develop an argument in favour of the request of a McKenzie Friend. This should not have to be justified. With the depletion of Legal aid, it is not within the financial means for everyone to hire a solicitor for advice and support. I have a sound understanding of the different aspects of law and have collated many bundles of evidence to assist the client with grievance procedures, tribunal hearings, and appeals.
I strongly advocate Human Rights and have advised clients in matters of: Domestic abuse, discrimination, racism. I ensure that human rights are upheld and respected following the process of supported decision making, promoting equality and inclusion by empowering clients to express their views and needs. I assist clients to navigate what can be a confusing system acting in the best interests of the client on a rights-based approach.
